In episode 16 of the Retail Transformation Show, I interviewed the brilliant Miya Knights and Natalie Berg. They are the joint authors of a new book:  Amazon: How the World’s Most Relentless Retailer will Continue to Revolutionize Commerce.

This is a continuation of that conversation, covering topics such as what other retailers can learn from Amazon. By looking at why and how Amazon is expanding offers opportunities. Other retailers must find these and exploit them. So as Amazon tries to embed itself into customers’ everyday lives, think about what Amazon can’t do. That offers a great opportunity for retail businesses. Finally, we also spoke about which retailers are exciting Natalie and Miya as we look further to the future.

However, if you’ve not already heard episode 16, go back and listen to that first then pop back here! Remember to subscribe so you don’t miss future episodes of the Retail Transformation Show.
