Her initial 15+ year corporate career with Mars and PepsiCo gave Julie first-hand experience of what it takes to succeed in a demanding, fast-paced organization. Then in 2010, Julie founded Talent Sprout, a highly respected leadership consultancy.

She’s passionate about helping people and organisations to grow. In her coaching and consulting work, Julie works with leaders to grow their impact, supports teams to grow their effectiveness and supports companies to grow their profits by fully harnessing the talent and energy of their people.
