Purpose
which should drive the
Proposition
which should be set up to result in
Profit
but you must also remember to have
Perspective.
So, how do you do this? Well, you take your proposition and realise it through
Processes
and operating models which are delivered by
People
who are driven by the purpose which makes them
Passionate
and keen and hungry to make sure that your proposition delivers the business
Performance.
But, given the ever-changing landscape and the eventual decline in performance, it’s essential to consider
Pivots
to help you stay nimble and agile whilst
Programme management
adds structure to make changes happen.

So, those are the 10 Ps which lay out the structure for your transformation.
