Many of the recent success stories from retailers have been from new, “pureplay” retailers that have traded only through eCommerce channels. With companies like Amazon, Asos, and Gymshark leading the way, there are elements and behaviours that traditional retailers can learn from and take action. So, to help traditional retailers behave like pureplay e-commerce retailers, consultant Sarah Morris joins Oliver Banks to highlight the differences and opportunities.

So, listen in to this episode to discover:

  • What’s different between pureplay and traditional retailers.
  • How organisational differences impact traditional and online retailers.
  • Examples of how traditional retailers are responding.
  • And the actions that traditional retailers can take to think and act more like an agile pureplay retailer.
