Introducing Simon Hedaux

Simon Hedaux is a productivity expert and founder of Rethink Productivity. There, he helps retail, hospitality and consumer-facing businesses to conduct time and motion studies to help drive improved productivity.

Simon’s career started in the home improvement sector for Focus DIY. There, he built relevant experience as a Store Manager and also as a project manager, introducing a new colleague scheduling system. He later moved to Boots as a Productivity Manager where he re-engineered the budget model and found productivity cost savings. After Boots, he founded Rethink Productivity.

Simon is also the podcast host of the Rethink Productivity Podcast.
