Christine Russo is a retail technology expert. She helps to provide clarity for retailers around complicated solutions. In particular, how enabling technology can solve major pain points.
She has spent with time at Deloitte and J.Crew and spent a lot of time looking at bricks and mortar expansion. She’s an adjunct professor at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York. Furthermore, she was the Chief Strategy Officer at retail think-tank, The Robin Report. And now she heads her own agency, RCCA.
She is recognised as a Rethink Retail Top Retail Influencer for 2021 and 2022.
