Holly Steele has a nearly 20 year career across technology and retail. Starting her career as a consultant implementing and supporting ERP systems for the US government, Holly made the transition into the retail space when she joined Sweaty Betty 10 years ago.

In her most recent role as the Head of Technology at Sweaty Betty she spearheaded the implementation of a majority of the business’s technology landscape and led the team in adopting agile ways of working.
