Ben Miller is Shoptalk’s Director of Original Content, covering the global Shoptalk and Groceryshop portfolio. He leads production of new insights, research and content created exclusively for the Shoptalk community.
Ben joined the Shoptalk team in 2022 and previously was at global retail consultancy IGD where he was the Board member responsible for product and insight functions, having previously worked in Marketing, Commercial and Investor Relations for UK grocer, Safeway.
He is passionate about business strategy, digital transformation, innovation culture and insight story-telling. He is an advisor and ambassador for a mental health training business.
