Nibble – the negotiating chatbot

Examples of the Nibble Chatbot

Nibble is a cheeky and engaging chatbot AI which consumers can negotiate a deal with. Once installed to an ecommerce site, the tool can be accessed on product pages and can add a unique element of excitement to buying online.

In a sea of sameness for ecommerce sites, Nibble represents a fun way to stand out, and an effective approach to getting consumers to make that purchase when they’re ‘on the fence.’
