Freddie Banks is the Global Deputy General Manager for Kérastase, part of the L’Oreal Group, looking after their business operations across the Globe. Previously he was the UK & Ireland General Manager for industry leading brands L’Oreal Professionnel Paris and Kérastase.

Freddie has 14 years experience in the Beauty industry, working in the L’Oreal Group hand in hand with hairdressing professionals across the UK & Ireland. He is passionate about leadership and motivating all others around him, with a rich experience in the professional industry.
