In fact, she is the author of two fabulous retail books. Firstly, “Amazon: How the World’s Most Relentless Retailer Will Continue to Revolutionize Commerce” which was co-authored with Natalie Berg. And secondly, she also co-wrote “Omnichannel Retail: How to Build Winning Stores in a Digital World” alongside Tim Mason.
