Introducing Fiona McDonnell

Fiona McDonnellFiona McDonnell is a senior retail executive drawing on 30 years in consumer products working with brands like Amazon, Kellogg’s, Kraft, Nike and McCormick as well as with companies like PWC and Forrester.

Recently as a Managing Director at Amazon, Fiona combined commercial retail leadership with her role as executive sponsor for diversity. She is a passionate advocate for diversity and she was appointed the Diversity Leader of the year at the 2019 Tech Leaders Awards. In addition to the day job, Fiona is an active mentor a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths) Ambassador. Also, she is an Advisory board member for Working Options In Education and DIAL Global (Diverse and Inclusive Aspirational Leaders).

In 2021, Fiona published “Two Mirrors and a Cheetah: Think Differently, Own Your Career & Succeed by Being Yourself”. It’s an easy-to-read, inspirational career development book for individuals and managers alike.
